About Aditi Jagirdar

I am IFS level-1 trained and an MSW student at Wilfrid Laurier University. I have a decade long experience as an energy healer. Having experienced the deep healing effects of IFS in my own life, I wish to facilitate the healing I know is possible for as many people as I can. I have a deep love for the troubled, difficult parts that try so hard to protect us as well as for the wounded parts that suffer so much. I look forward to collaborating with the Self in you to bring to the world greater balance and harmony, one system at a time, because we are all connected, and healing is never just about one person, even when it seems otherwise. When we do our inner work, we bring light and lightness to the whole world.

The biggest gift IFS has given me is the gift of loving and accepting all my weird parts and not hiding them. I promised my parts that my website will reflect us in all our wonderful, weird uniqueness. I hope I do my parts justice in giving them a voice here! Also, this website is a work in progress, just as we (Me and my parts) and we all are!
